Dave is an entrepreneur who began creating and launching start-up companies in 1980. Until 2019, as successful divisions of SGW Integrated Marketing Communications, Inc., Dave launched six integrated independent company's: 3E Public Relations, SGW's PR division established since 1986; Impact | SGW, its coop advertising division established in 1992; Digital To Dealer Direct, a digital retail division formed in 2013, and Changebridge Productions, a video, 3-D animation and multi-media production company launched in January of 2016.

He believes the future for agencies is in developing trusted relationships and becoming collaborators rather than "cut-throat" competitors. To make his vision a reality in 2018, Dave converted their 23,000 square foot office building into the Creative Marketing Exchange, an incubator of independent marketing and communication professionals who collaborate, share conceptual ideas and willingly support each other.

He was a consultant to the broadcast, computer and telecom industries and experienced the technology convergence first hand which initiated the birth of all social media platforms.

In 2012 Dave was inducted into the “Advertising Hall of Fame” of New Jersey in recognition of his leadership, creativity, professional integrity, philanthropic and economic contributions, high national achievement, and personal involvement in the New Jersey marketing and communication community.

He holds a BA and MA in education, a CFP Certification, with series 6 qualifications, as well as Health/Life and Real Estate licenses which contribute to his common sense marketing philosophy.
